    Osso & Kristalla is open for lunch, dinner, weekend brunch and happy hour and focuses on using only fresh and local ingredients. The kitchen is overseen by Executive Chef Danny Trace. Lunch offers salads, wood-fired pizzas and pasta, and brunch boasts homemade pastries, Katz Coffee and healthy omelettes. At dinner, Osso & Kristalla transforms to a modern, yet relaxed lounge atmosphere with a full bar and extensive wine selection.     Proudly serving some damn fine creative burgers made with house-ground 44 Farms beef and the best ingredients. Fries made from fresh Idaho potatoes that are hand-punched every day. Cold craft beer (including ridonculous local and Texas drafts), signature cocktails, and an AWESOME DOG-FRIENDLY PATIO! Patrons rave about the mouth-watering Chaca Oaxaca burger, a beef and chorizo burger with avocado, pico de gallo, queso fresco, Tabaso mayo and a fried egg. Prefer something a little lighter? A (small) selection of salads are also offered and a beef or chicken patty can be added to fulfill that protein craving. Desserts include a variety of milkshakes, pies and “Goat Balls,” which are obviously fried balls of brie served with blackberry compote – whew.
