    Specializing in custom hand-cuts, we offer Texas and Japanese Wagyu beef, 100% authentic, A5 certified Kobe beef and in-house dry-aged USDA Prime beef. In addition, we serve fresh, New York-style bagels for breakfast and made-to-order signature sandwiches for lunch – all available to go or dine-in.
