The coffee beans used include Ethiopian natural-process coffees — a Boomtown Coffee specialty — and rotating selections from Kenya, Sumatra, Costa Rica, Guatemala, El Salvador, Colombia and Mexico.

The dessert case, shimmering with rainbow ribbons of macarons, tarts, and freshly-baked pastries, is as delicious as it is alluring.
